Starting a gratitude journal…tips and tricks

In my strive to become a positive thinker I have started a gratitude journal in which I will list approximately 5 things I am thankful or grateful for that day, maybe throw in a quote or two. 

So I’ve chosen my notebook (which follows my love of sewing) to get started with and ive decorated the inside page too…

And now I have put a page of prompts at the back to give me inspiration…

I am hoping this will start me on a positive journey towards happiness, peace and well being.
